FAQ
Are classes Prorated? Yes- Classes are prorated at the end of every business week.
Are there Refunds? There will be NO REFUNDS or CREDITS for missed classes, vacations, holidays, or illness.
We hope each child and parent will be 100% satisfied with their experience at BFA. Refunds for the remainder of the month or session are applicable under certain conditions such as injury or moving out of the area. We understand that each child learns differently, if a class isn't a good fit, please reach out to us and we will see if another BFA class would be a better fit. You may transfer to a different class. Registration Fees with Active Network and credit card fees are non-refundable. If our teacher is absent, we may have a substitute teacher fill in or we will cancel and provide a make-up class.
Absences and Make-Ups:
Make-up Class Policy:
There are no personal makeups for missed classes. If we have to
cancel due to the teacher’s availability, a make-up class will be offered at a later date.
Refund Policy:
Registration Fees with Active Network are non-refundable. Refunds are only applicable under certain conditions (injury, illness, moving, etc.)
Waitlist Policy:
Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once classes are full, the student will be placed on a Waitlist. We will notify you if space becomes available and payment will be due at that time.
Class Location:
All Dance Classes: Located in our Dance Studio on the 2nd floor of the
Education Building. By the Nursery School Gate there is a door on the left, walk upstairs, and the Dance Room is the first door on the right.
Active Registration Help:
If you already have an existing account with Active, click on the button below to access your account, where you can re-register and make payments.
Chater School Students
We offer classes to homeschool students and are a vendor for the following schools:
- Sage Oak Chater School
- Excel Academy
- iLead Charter Schools
