If your child is attending the BFUMC Nursery School: 

Your child must be registered 1 full buisness week prior to starting class at Burbank First Academy. 
 

A permission form (Nursery School Release Form- BFA Release) must be filled out for the Nursery School in order for us to sign out your child and take them to class. This form needs to be completed and turned in before the class start date. If you have not turned in your permission form, you will need to pick up your child and bring them to their class. 

You can download this file below, print or scan and return to the Nursery School or BFA as soon as possible. 

Registration: 

• All registration for Burbank First Academy classes can be completed through Active Works. 
• Classes may be subject to cancellation or combined with another class, depending on enrollment. 
• Age restriction varies depending on student ability/technique with teacher approval.

Pricing: 

• We strive to keep our prices affordable for all families. 
• Prices can be found on our Active Registration Page, before checkout. 
• We offer a multi-student and multi-class discount.
• Refunds: ​We hope each child and parent will be 100% satisfied with their experience at BFA. Refunds for the remainder of the month or session are applicable under certain conditions such as injury or moving out of the area. We understand that each child learns differently, if a class isn't a good fit, please reach out to us and we will see if another BFA class would be a better option. You may transfer to a different class. Registration Fees with Active Network and credit card fees are non-refundable.
• If our teacher is absent, we may have a substitute teacher fill in or we will cancel and provide a make-up class.
